No I am not a career coach, I am psychometric analyst, I use data from your answers on the personality assessment to tell you which career is best suited for your personality and preferences.

I use facts and statistics derived from your answers on the personality test to reach a scientifically proven approach of which job is best suited for you in your current situation, that is why we need only one session.  A Career Coach may help you get to your goals, advice you on current work issues or help you write a CV.

I believe finding your true passion is the hardest part of the journey. Once you’ve discovered it, the way forward, while challenging, becomes clearer. Whether it’s enrolling in a course, applying for your dream job, or seeking advice from an expert in the field, there is not much advise you will hear than you already know.

Let me be frank with you in this current economy not everyone can simply quit their job to follow their passion—though I truly wish that were possible for everyone. However, it’s never too late to pursue what you love. Knowing your passion can guide you to take meaningful steps toward making it your career. And even if it remains a side job, it can still bring you the fulfilment and happiness that enhance your life.

The Assessment is designed for students 15 and above.

No, it’s not too late. Choosing high school subjects highlights subjects they excel in, but many different careers can stem from the same subject choices. We can help guide them toward the career path that best matches their strengths and interests.

Choosing the wrong major increases the likelihood of switching fields, which can delay graduation by a year. Even worse, it can result in graduating with mediocre grades and facing challenges in building a successful career.

He/she needs to have at least a grade 9 level English

To ensure accurate and reliable results, we strongly recommend allowing your teenager to take the assessment independently and unsupervised. This creates a safe environment where they can express themselves freely, enabling us to identify the best major that truly aligns with their interests and strengths.
